Thank you for being here.

If you will, take a moment to think about how far you've come in life.

Think about your most treasured moments, along with the darkest memories that lurk in the shadows. Think about how your unique experiences have shaped and influenced who you are.

We are influenced by upbringing, culture, family, and environment in ways that often go beyond conscious awareness. When we take time to reflect on who we are and who we want to become, it's important to consider how our thought patterns and behavior is influenced by our lived experiences. Accepting who we are is a journey of personal growth and requires us to embrace not only our strengths, but also our flaws and shortcomings. To "love thy beast" is to recognize that unhealed wounds and personal weaknesses are part of the beauty and potential within and by accepting the parts of ourselves that are hard to love, we move toward healing and personal growth.
